What We Do
Three services.
One standard of care.
Each service is scoped carefully with the owner before any work begins. Clear pricing. Written records. Nothing rushed.

How every service begins
Conversation
You describe what you've noticed. We ask the right questions. No assumptions are made about what a piece needs before it has been properly seen.
Written Estimate
After inspection, a clear written scope and price is shared. You decide whether to proceed. The assessment fee is the only cost up to this point.
Work & Documentation
Work proceeds at a pace appropriate to the piece. On completion, a written record is provided. Your watch leaves with more information than it arrived with.
Service 01
Diagnostic Assessment
& Estimate
A careful opening inspection for watches that have stopped, gained, or lost time. The movement is examined under magnification, condition is recorded in detail, and a clear written outline of suggested work is shared before anything is committed. Suited to owners who want to understand a piece before deciding what to do with it.
No work proceeds without agreement, and the assessment fee is stated upfront. If you choose not to continue after seeing the estimate, your watch is returned exactly as it arrived.
- Full movement condition report in writing
- Clear pricing scope before any work begins
- Assessment fee stated and fixed upfront
- Typical turnaround: 3–5 working days
Service 02
Strap, Spring Bar
& Fitting
Replacement and fitting of straps, spring bars, and clasps, with sizing and comfort adjustment. Covers leather, rubber, and bracelet links, carefully matched to the case lugs and overall style of the watch. Ideal for refreshing the look and feel of a piece without internal work.
Each fitting is checked for security and even wear before handover. Owners are welcome to bring their own strap or to choose from the selection held at the workshop — we'll discuss what works best for the case before committing.
- Leather, rubber, and metal bracelet options
- Matched carefully to lug width and case style
- Security check performed before handover
- Often same-day or next working day
Service 03
Vintage Sympathetic
Restoration
A patient, originality-minded restoration for older watches where preserving character is the priority. Covers gentle cleaning, considered part sourcing, and full documentation of the work. Best suited to inherited or collectible pieces returning to occasional wear rather than full-time use.
The owner is kept informed at each meaningful stage. Decisions about parts — particularly where period-correct sourcing is possible — are discussed together rather than made unilaterally. A detailed written record is provided on completion.
- Originality preserved — patina and character respected
- Period-correct part sourcing where possible
- Owner informed and consulted throughout
- Detailed completion record provided
- Typical timeline: 4–10 weeks
Decision Guide
Which service is right for you?
If you're unsure, a diagnostic assessment is always the sensible starting point — it answers the question before any larger commitment is made.

Not sure where to start? A diagnostic assessment is the right first step in almost every case. It gives you clear information before any decision about further work is needed — and costs ฿3,900 regardless of outcome.
